Apsley Hill is a collection of four, short- term rental properties located in the Hudson Valley, New York

Our original property, Apsley Hill Farm, is a reimagined 18th century dairy farm located in Hyde Park, Dutchess County. Situated on 25 acres, the estate consists of three properties; a modern converted barn, guest cottage (known as “The Hudson Tiny House”) and a rustic treehouse

In 2025, we renovated our fourth property in Rosendale, Ulster County. Known as “The Rosendale Cottage”, the house was built in 1840 and sits on 1.5 acres, overlooking a private pool. One of only a few remaining Lock Tender Houses left on the East Coast, it was originally used as a canal side store

All the properties are available for short- medium term rental together or separately. We also offer event hosting opportunities, including small weddings on the grounds, wellness retreats, corporate photo shoots and other gatherings.
