A guest cottage (“The Hudson Tiny House”) and treehouse is also available to rent on the property from mid April -end Oct. These units do not share any of the same facilities as the main house. The guest cottage is visible from the main house, the treehouse is not.

The main bedroom has a queen- size bed, vaulted ceilings with original beam work and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin xl beds (these can be converted to a king upon request). The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with large closet and desk.T he upstairs floor is equipped with a full bathroom and tub, washer/ dryer and linen closet.
In addition to the large open plan living room and kitchen, the downstairs floor also has a powder room and sitting room with large sofa and smart TV. Please see floor plans and estate aerial plan for more details of layout
Please note, on a weekly basis we have landscapers that mow the lawns and someone that cleans the hot tub. While we try to schedule this around guest stays sometimes this is not possible.
